📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons, promotions, or restocks, processing time may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

We ship using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size.

Estimated delivery time after shipping:

  • Priority / Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

💲 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and service selection.

🏠 Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when ordering.
Sawtooth Antler Chews is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to delivery failure

  • Additional shipping charges required for redelivery

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense.


📬 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Damage during transit
